- 정보에 입각한 동의를 제공할 수 있는 환자
- 막파열 당시 임신 18주 0일과 22주 6일 사이
- 1) 자궁경관에서 통과하는 양수의 시각화 및/또는 무균 검경 검사를 통한 질 내 고임의 시각화, 2) 염기성 pH(즉, 양성 니트라진) 테스트 질액, 3) 현미경 검사를 통해 확인된 건조된 질액의 수목화(즉, 양치) 및/또는 4) 4cm 미만의 양수 지수(AFI)
제외 기준:
- 임신 18주 0일 이상에 초음파로 수행 또는 확인된 임신 날짜
- 환자가 임신 중단 또는 분만 유도를 원함
- 알려진 주요 태아 기형 또는 이수성
- 양막 파열 진단 후 7일 이내의 양막천자
- 자궁경부 결찰술 배치 ≤ 양막 파열 진단 후 7일
- 마크롤라이드 또는 페니실린 항생제에 대한 알려진 약물 알레르기 또는 중대한 이상 반응
- 막파열 진단 당시 현재 항생제 사용
- 막 파열 진단 당시 또는 진단 후 24시간 이내의 질 출혈
- 막파열 진단 시(즉, 체온 ≥ 38℃) 및/또는 진단 후 첫 24시간 이내에 발열
- 막파열 진단 당시(즉, 자궁경부 변화와 관련된 일관된 수축 패턴) 및/또는 진단 첫 24시간 이내의 활성 조산
- ≥ 4cm의 자궁경부 확장
- 내부 자궁경부 수준을 넘어선 태아 부분의 탈출
- 임신 22주에 파열이 발생하면 병원 재입원 전 7일간의 완전한 외래 모니터링을 완료하는 것을 거부합니다.

실험적: 항생제
연구의 치료(즉, 항생제) 부문으로 무작위 배정된 환자는 경구용 아지스로마이신 및 아목시실린의 7일 과정으로 치료받게 됩니다.
아지스로마이신은 무작위 배정 직후 집으로 퇴원하기 전에 단일 500mg 용량(2-250mg 경구 정제)으로 투여되고, 추가로 4일 동안(총 5일 동안) 매일 1-250mg 경구 정제로 투여됩니다.
아목시실린은 7일 동안 1일 3회 500mg 단일 경구 정제로 투여되며 첫 번째 투여량도 집으로 퇴원하기 전에 제공됩니다.

A patient will be termed "positive" for severe maternal morbidity composite if any one of the following is diagnosed: maternal sepsis, postpartum hemorrhage, maternal ICU admission, maternal death.

The proportion of patient's "positive" for severe neonatal morbidity composite.
A neonate will be termed "positive" for severe neonatal morbidity composite if any one of the following is diagnosis: bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), pulmonary hypoplasia, intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) grade III/IV, necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) Bell's Stage II or greater, neonatal sepsis with positive blood cultures, neonatal pneumonia with positive blood cultures, neonatal death.
