음악 통합 음운 인식 프로그램이 취학 전 인공와우 사용자에게 미치는 영향

상세 설명
이 연구는 인공 와우를 사용하는 어린이를 위한 음악 통합 음운 인식 프로그램의 이점을 결정하기 위해 고안되었습니다. 또한 인공와우를 이식한 아동과 정상 청력을 가진 아동의 음운능력과 언어능력을 훈련 전후 결과에서 비교하였다. 본 연구에서는 조기 언어 발달 검사(TELD-3), 유아기 음운 인식 척도(PASECP), 부정 불일치(MMN)를 사용했습니다.
이 연구는 xxx 대학의 청각, 언어 및 언어 장애 클리닉의 후속 환자를 대상으로 수행되었습니다. 이비인후과 의학부. 이 연구는 윤리위원회의 승인을 받아 수행되었으며 모든 환자 가족으로부터 서면 동의서를 얻었습니다(138955/ 2021년 7월). 연구 그룹에는 9명의 여성과 14명의 남성 인공와우 사용자가 있습니다. 통제 그룹에서 정상적인 청력을 가진 9명의 여성과 14명의 남성 어린이. 신경학적 문제가 없는 5-6세의 언어 능력을 가진 5세에서 7세 사이의 어린이가 연구에 포함되었습니다. 훈련 전에 모든 어린이의 인공와우 매핑을 확인했습니다.
SPSS 25.0(IBM)이 통계 분석에 사용되었습니다. Wilcoxon test로 The Phonological Awareness Scale of Early Childhood Period, SMRT, Mismatch Negativity test의 훈련 전후 비교를 분석하였다. Spearman Correlation으로 수치 측정치 간의 상관관계를 조사하였다. Mann-Whitney U 검정으로 이진 인구 통계 범주에 따라 연구에 사용된 수치 측정의 차이를 분석했습니다. 다중 범주에 따른 차이는 Kruskal Wallis H test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 유의 수준(α=0,05)이 사용되었습니다.

- 초등학교를 시작하지 않았습니다.
- 인공와우를 사용하고 정기적으로
- 청각재활센터에서 정기적인 교육을 받기 위해
정상적인 청력을 가진 어린이의 경우:
- 정상적인 청력을 갖기 위해서는
- 수행할 언어 시험에서 생활연령에 맞는 수용적이고 표현적인 언어 능력을 갖출 것.
- 초등학교를 시작하지 않음
제외 기준:
- 통제와 연구를 위해 받아들여지지 않고 아무것도 가지고 있지 않은 경우,
- 추가적인 장애가 있는 경우
- 청각 시스템에 영향을 미치는 약물 사용

음악 통합 음운인식 프로그램이 미취학 아동 인공와우 사용자에게 미치는 영향을 관찰하고 온라인 교육 전후 연구집단과 통제집단의 음운인식 능력을 비교하고자 한다.
이 프로그램은 10개의 레슨으로 준비되어 있습니다.
참가자들은 매주 20분씩 5주 동안 온라인 교육을 받았습니다.
교육은 무료 가상 인터뷰 프로그램인 Zoom을 통해 진행되었습니다.
각 가정에는 컴퓨터가 있었습니다.
SMRT(Spectral-Temporally Modulated Ripple Test)를 사용하여 연구 그룹의 분광 식별 능력을 평가했습니다. 음성 자극은 조용한 방에서 60dB SPL의 보정된 제시 수준으로 제시되었습니다.
아이는 라우드스피커에서 1m 떨어진 방위각 0°에 위치했습니다.

PASECP(Early Childhood Phonological Awareness Scale)는 언어 연령이 60-72개월인 미취학 아동의 소리 인식 및 소리 식별 능력을 측정하는 데 사용되었습니다.
테스트에는 8개의 하위 차원이 있습니다.
첫 번째 하위 차원에 8개의 검사 항목이 있고 다른 하위 차원에 10개의 검사 항목이 있어 총 78개의 검사 항목이 있습니다.
척도 항목에 대한 어린이의 답이 맞으면(1), 틀리면(0) 정답 키에 코드화됩니다.
시험은 어린이들에게 개별적으로 시행됩니다.

테스트는 SMRT 소프트웨어를 사용하여 수행되었습니다.
스펙트럼-시간 변조가 있는 파형 광대역 잡음이 사용되었습니다.
각 시도에서 3개의 잔물결 소리가 제시되었습니다.
2개의 자극은 20 rpo(리플/옥타브) 강도의 기준 신호이고 다른 자극은 rpo 강도가 더 낮은 표적 신호였습니다.
표적 신호의 초기 강도는 0.5 rpo이고 0.2 rpo의 단계 크기로 대체되었습니다.
10회 반전 후 적응형 실행이 종료되었습니다. Spectral-Temporally Modulated Ripple Test는 마지막 6회 반전에 대해 계산되었습니다.
