신생아 오피오이드 금단 증후군에 대한 약물 치료 최적화(OPTimize NOW): 증상 기반 투약 접근법 (OPTimize NOW)
이 임상 시험은 NOWS라고도 하는 신생아 아편 금단 증후군이 있는 아기를 가장 잘 돌보는 방법에 대해 더 많이 배우는 데 도움이 될 것입니다. NOWS가 있는 아기는 종종 떨림, 수면 장애, 과도한 울음, 수유 문제를 겪습니다. NOWS가 있는 일부 아기에게는 약이 필요합니다. 의사는 오늘날 널리 사용되는 두 가지 약을 제공하는 방법이 있습니다.

상세 설명
이 2개 기간 군집 교차 임상 시험은 임신 36주 이상이고 약물 치료 위험이 있으며 NOWS에 대해 증상 기반 투약 접근법 또는 예정된 오피오이드 테이퍼 접근법.
각 연구 사이트(즉, 클러스터)는 다음 두 시퀀스 중 하나에 1:1 할당 비율로 무작위 배정됩니다.

- 유아는 적격 연구 기관에서 NOWS에 대해 평가 및 관리되고 있습니다.
영아는 다음 중 하나로 정의되는 NOWS에 대한 약물 치료의 위험이 있습니다.
- FNAST 또는 그 변형으로 평가 및 관리되는 경우 최소 1점 ≥ 8
- ESC 관리 접근 방식으로 평가 및 관리되는 경우 최소 1개의 "예"
제외 기준:
- 영아에게 중대한 선천적 결함이 있습니다.
- 신생아 뇌병증(저산소성 허혈성 뇌병증 포함), 대사 장애, 뇌졸중, 두개내 출혈 또는 약물 치료 시작 전에 진단된 수막염이 있는 영아.
