상세 설명
연구자들은 수술 후 폐 합병증에 대한 위험이 최소한 중간 정도인 선택적 복부 수술을 받는 성인을 연구할 것입니다.
참가자의 호흡 패턴(호흡량 및 빈도)과 신체 위치 및 움직임을 기록하는 장치를 사용하여 참가자의 가슴과 허벅지를 모니터링합니다. 이 모니터는 마취 후 관리실(PACU)의 피부에 배치되며 3일 동안 또는 환자가 자유롭게 걸을 수 있을 때까지 또는 퇴원할 때까지 중 더 빠른 날짜까지 유지됩니다. 조사관은 다양한 활동(예: 앉기, 걷기)의 빈도, 기간 및 강도와 호흡 및 기타 임상 합병증과 투여된 약물 및 기타 병원 과정 사건 간의 연관성을 분석합니다.

설명
포함 기준:
- 18세 이상이어야 합니다.
- 복부 수술을 받아야 합니다.
- PPC에 대한 위험도가 높아야 합니다(ARISCAT 점수가 26 이상).
제외 기준:
- 18세 미만 누구나
- 복부수술을 받지 않은 분
- PPC 고위험군이 아닌 사람(ARISCAT 점수 26점 미만)

ActivPAL 가속도계는 가슴과 허벅지에 배치되고 ExSpiron 모니터는 가슴에 배치되며 환자는 완전히 걸을 수 있을 때까지(보행기 유무에 관계없이 도움 없이 30미터 걸을 수 있음) 퇴원할 때까지 3일 동안 관찰됩니다. ; 어느 쪽이든 더 일찍옵니다.
