전이성 재발성 유방암에 대한 BRIA-OTS 세포면역치료에 대한 연구
이는 공개 라벨 1/2a상 연구입니다. 1상에서 BC1 세포주 단독의 안전성이 입증되면 2상에서 환자는 Bria-OTS 요법(아래 참조)과 임상적으로 이용 가능한 체크포인트 억제제(CPI)로 치료받게 됩니다.

이전에 실패한 재발성 전이성 유방암이 조직학적으로 확인됨
치료법은 다음과 같이 정의됩니다.
- 인간 표피 성장 인자 2(EGFR2, HER2) 양성 종양은 최소 2가지 항-HER2 제제 치료에 실패해야 합니다.
- HER2 음성 및 ER 또는 PR 양성 종양: 호르몬 요법에 불응성이어야 하며 이전에 요법이 포함된 최소 2가지 호르몬 기반 표적 요법으로 치료를 받았어야 합니다.
- 삼중음성 및 염증성 종양은 탁산 및 백금 기반 제제를 사용한 이전 치료를 포함하여 다른 치료 목적 치료법을 모두 소진한 상태여야 합니다.
- 다른 모든 MBC 유형은 사용 가능한 승인된 약물이 있는 게놈 또는 생식계열 표적 치료법을 포함하여 다른 치료 의도 치료법을 모두 사용해 보아야 합니다.
- 뇌로 전이된 신규 또는 진행성 유방암 환자는 다음과 같은 경우 자격을 갖습니다.
나. 뇌 전이는 첫 번째 투여 전 최소 4주 동안 임상적으로 안정적이어야 합니다(영상에서 진행성 질병의 증거 없이).

- 항암치료를 병행합니다.

- 면역결핍 진단을 받았거나, 연구 치료 첫 투여 전 21일 이내에 만성 전신 스테로이드 요법(프레드니손 등가물을 매일 10mg을 초과하는 용량) 또는 기타 형태의 면역억제 요법을 받고 있는 경우.
- 연구자와 후원자가 특별히 승인하지 않는 한, 자가면역 질환 치료를 받고 있는 환자.
- 연구자 및 후원자가 승인하지 않는 한, 중증 정신질환(예: 정신분열증, 양극성 장애 또는 경계성 인격 장애) 또는 기타 임상적으로 진행성인 주요 의학적 문제가 있는 환자.
- 연구자와 후원자가 승인하지 않는 한, 환자는 동시 임상 시험에 참여할 수 없습니다.
