목표는 백색 소음 감각 자극을 받는 주관적 인지 저하(SCD) 대조군에 비해, 주관적 인지 저하(SCD)를 가진 노인에서 주 3회 이상의 감각 깜빡임 자극을 3개월 동안 시행하는 것이 인지, 이동성 및 감정을 개선하는지 여부를 결정하는 것입니다.
연구진은 또한 중재가 알츠하이머병(AD)의 혈액 바이오마커 변화 및 뇌 기능 네트워크 분리 감소와 피질 얇아짐을 늦추는지 여부를 결정할 것입니다.

- 인지 선별검사(즉, NACC 통합 데이터 세트(UDS) 기준8에 따른 연령, 교육 수준 및 성별에 대한 정상 범위 내의 몬트리올 인지 평가(MoCA) 점수)에 기반하여 치매나 경도 인지 장애(MCI)의 증거가 없음
- 전반적 임상 치매 평가(CDR) 점수는 0 또는 0.5여야 함31
- 주관적 인지 불만 보고서 및 검증된 주관적 인지 저하 척도6인 인지 변화 지수(CCI-20)에서 20점 이상의 점수; 이 척도는 5점 리커트 척도로 평가되는 20개 항목으로 구성되며, 여기서 1= "정상: 5년 전과 비교하여 변화 없음", 3= "경미한 문제: 5년 전과 비교하여 약간의 변화", 5= "심각한 문제: 5년 전과 비교하여 훨씬 더 나쁨"

- 일상 활동 측면에서 기능적 활동 척도32에 기반한 정상 기능적 행동
- SCD 태스크 포스33의 권고에 따라 정보 제공자가 두 가지 이유로 이용 가능해야 함: a) 정보 제공자용 CDR 및 CCI-20을 사용하여 참가자의 인지에 대한 정보를 제공하기 위해, b) 기능적 활동 설문지32에서 정상적인 IADL(도구적 일상생활활동)을 확인하기 위해(정보 제공자 데이터는 전화 통화를 통해 수집되며 코드로 참가자 데이터와 연결됨).
제외 기준:
- 참가자가 전화 인지 상태 인터뷰(TICS)에서 21점 미만을 받는 경우
- 수집 중인 데이터를 오염시킬 가능성이 있는 과거 6개월 동안의 중대한 의학적 사건(골절, 입원 등)으로 인한 입원 필요
- 평가 완료를 방해할 수 있는 심각한 시각 장애 또는 교정 시력 20/40 미만
- 폐쇄공포증 또는 페이스메이커, 심장 판막, 뇌 동맥류 클립, 치과 교정기, 제거 불가능한 특정 신체 장신구, 강자성 금속을 포함한 파편과 같은 임플란트로 인한 뇌 MRI 촬영 불가능
- 심각한 뇌졸중 병력
- 주요 ADL(일상생활활동) 장애(먹기, 옷 입기, 목욕하기, 화장실 사용하기, 이동하기 불가능)
- 이동성을 현저히 제한하는 골관절염으로 인한 하지 통증 보고
- 류마티스 관절염 진단 또는 치료
- 알려진 신경근육 장애 또는 명백한 신경학적 질환(예: 다발성 경화증, 횡문근융해증, 중증 근무력증, 운동실조증, 실행증, 소아마비 후 증후군, 미토콘드리아 근병증, 파킨슨병, ALS 등)
- 심각한 청력 손실 또는 언어 장애로 인한 의사소통 불가능
- 향후 4개월 내 계획된 수술 절차 또는 입원(관절 치환술, 관상동맥 우회술 등)
- 보충 산소 사용이 필요한 심각한 폐질환
- 의사가 판단한 말기 질환
- NYHA(뉴욕심장학회) 3급 또는 4급 울혈성 심부전, 임상적으로 유의한 대동맥판막협착증, 최근 심정지 병력, 심장 제세동기 사용, 또는 조절되지 않는 협심증을 포함한 심각한 심장 질환
- 보행기 또는 휠체어 사용

Brain network function will be assessed via resting-state fMRI (in Blood oxygen level dependent response) to capture functional segregation of dorsolateral prefrontal, sensorimotor, and insular networks using the CONN toolbox.
