Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria:
- Mannen of vrouwen van 40 tot 70 jaar
- Presentatie van geschiedenissen van natte LMD met hun vader of hun moeder of 2
- Gezichtsscherpte van 20/25 of beter (ETDRS)
- De aanwezigheid van een AMD in één oog is mogelijk
- Enlightened consent schrijft, gedateerd en ondertekend door de deelnemer en de onderzoeker boven alle door het onderzoek vereiste onderzoeken.
- Betrokkene stemt in met inschrijving in het nationale dossier
- Aangesloten of winstgevende verzekerde bij de volksverzekeringen
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- Aanwezigheid van tekenen van LMD in beide ogen (als LMD in één oog is opname voor het andere oog mogelijk)
- Geschiedenissen van de andere evolutionaire oogpathologieën die de evaluatie van de AMD en van de gezichtsscherpte kunnen bemoeilijken (ernstig glaucoom, sterke bijziendheid (superieur of meer gelijk in - 6 dioptrieën), de andere ernstige rétinopathie)
- Onderwerp met geschiedenis van staaroperaties
- Ondoorzichtigheid die de evaluatie van de foto's van het netvlies verhindert (staar, hoornvliesdystrofie)
- Suppletie met voedingssupplementen in het voorafgaande jaar (vgl. bijlage 2 van het protocol)
- Deelname aan een andere klinische proef gedurende 30 dagen die eraan voorafgaan
- Onderwerpen voldoen niet
- Onderwerpen niet bestek door het systeem van de sociale zekerheid
- Onderwerpen onder curatele gerechtelijk
