Beschrijving
Inclusiecriteria:
- Patiënten die een coronair angiogram ondergingen met ten minste één niet-linker hoofd-stabiele coronaire stenose met PCI-indicatie.
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- Ernstige stenose van de linker hoofdkransslagader.
- Patiënten die zijn opgenomen met een myocardinfarct met ST-elevatie.
- Culprit-laesies bij patiënten met niet-ST-elevatie acuut coronair syndroom (NSTEACS).
- Onvermogen om de laesie van de boosdoener te identificeren bij NSTE-ACS-patiënten.

EXPERIMENTEEL: QFR-interventie
Patiënten die een coronair angiogram ondergingen met ten minste één niet-linker hoofdstabiele coronaire stenose tussen 50 en 90% en PCI-indicatie met gepaarde beoordeling van QFR, dFR, RFR en FFR, voor en na PCI zodra geïnformeerde toestemming is gegeven.

Quantitative flow ratio (QFR) is een nieuwe benadering die een snelle berekening van FFR pullbacks mogelijk maakt op basis van driedimensionale kwantitatieve coronaire angiografie (3D-QCA) zonder een drukdraad te gebruiken.
