Belangrijkste opnamecriteria:

  1. Deelnemers met een histologisch bevestigde gevorderde of uitgezaaide solide tumor die ziekteprogressie hebben gehad tijdens of na ten minste 1 lijn van eerdere systemische antikankertherapie, of voor wie behandeling niet beschikbaar is of niet getolereerd/aanvaardbaar is voor de deelnemers. Bovendien moeten deelnemers voldoen aan de volgende criteria om in aanmerking te komen voor de overeenkomstige fase van het onderzoek:

    a. Fase 1a: deelnemers met een bekende mutatiestatus en een tumor met een oncogene mutatie van het v-RAF murine sarcoom viraal oncogeen homoloog B (BRAF) gen (de mutaties van primair belang zijn de BRAF Klasse II mutatie, Klasse

    III-mutatie of BRAF-fusie). Bovendien komen deelnemers met tumoren die de mutatie van het neuroblastoom RAS virale oncogene homoloog (NRAS) gen of het Kirsten rat sarcoom virus oncogene homoloog (KRAS) bevatten in aanmerking voor deel 1a. Belangrijkste uitsluitingscriteria:

  1. Deelnemers die kankertherapie krijgen (chemotherapie of andere systemische therapieën tegen kanker, immunotherapie, bestralingstherapie of chirurgie) op het moment van cyclus 1 dag 1.
  2. Alle deelnemers die eerder een systemische behandeling tegen kanker hebben ondergaan binnen de volgende tijdsbestekken, worden uitgesloten:

    1. Systemische chemotherapie binnen een tijdsperiode die korter is dan de cyclusduur die voor die behandeling wordt gebruikt (d.w.z. 6 weken voor nitroso-ureum, mitomycine C) voorafgaand aan cyclus 1 dag 1; en
