Inklusjonskriterier:

- Histologisk bekreftet (per lokal evaluering) diagnose av de novo, tidligere ubehandlet stort B-celle lymfom (LBCL) i henhold til 2022 verdens helseorganisasjon (WHO) klassifisering inkludert:

i) Diffust storcellet B-celle lymfom (DLBCL), ikke spesifisert på annen måte [inkludert kimsenter B-celle (GCB) og aktiverte B-celle (ABC) typer]

ii) Høygradig B-celle lymfom, med MYC og BCL2 omorganiseringer

iii) Høygradig B-celle lymfom, ikke annet spesifisert

iv) T-celle/histiocytt/rik storcellet B-celle lymfom (THRLBCL)

v) Epstein-Barr-virus + DLBCL

  • International Prognostic Index (IPI) score 1 eller 2 med laktatdehydrogenase (LDH) ≥ 1,3 x øvre normalgrense (ULN) og/eller voluminøs sykdom definert som enkeltlesjon på ≥ 7 cm ELLER IPI ≥ 3.
  • Målbar sykdom definert av minst 1 fluorodeoksyglukose (FDG)-avid lesjon for FDG-avid subtype og 1 bi-dimensjonalt målbar (> 1,5 cm i lengste diameter) sykdom ved computertomografi (CT) eller magnetisk resonansavbildning (MRI), som definert etter Lugano-klassifiseringen.
  • Må ha Ann Arbor Stage II-IV sykdom.

Ekskluderingskriterier:

  • Enhver betydelig medisinsk tilstand, aktiv infeksjon, laboratorieavvik eller psykiatrisk sykdom som ville hindre deltakeren fra å delta i studien.
  • Enhver annen undertype av lymfom. Tilfeller av primært mediastinalt (tymisk) stort B-celle lymfom (PMBCL), primær kutan DLBCL-bentype, grad 3b FL, FL transformert til a-BCL, Anaplastisk lymfom kinase (ALK) positivt stort B-celle lymfom, primært effusjonslymfom og Burkitt lymfom.
  • Dokumentert eller mistenkt involvering av sentralnervesystemet (CNS) av lymfom.
  • Andre protokolldefinerte inkluderings-/eksklusjonskriterier gjelder.
