描述
纳入标准:
- 通过活组织检查或细胞学病理学证实,在研究登记前 3 个月内诊断出非小细胞肺癌。
- T1、N0、M0 或 T2、N0、M0。 (AJCC 肺第 7 版)
- 同意时至少年满 18 岁。
- 足够的骨髓功能。
- 医学上无法手术。 如果他们拒绝手术切除,则允许进行医学手术的候选人。
- 如果患者有大量胸腔积液,则必须是活检阴性。
排除标准:
- 远处转移 (M1) 和/或淋巴结受累(N1、N2、N3)的证据。
- 同步初级。
- T2 肿瘤 > 5 厘米; T3、T4原发肿瘤。
- 以前的肺癌放射治疗。
- 放射治疗期间伴随的局部、区域和/或全身治疗。
- 活动性全身、肺部和/或心包感染。
