居住在三州地区的新发头颈癌患者。
描述
纳入标准:
- 患者患有经活检证实的口咽或喉部 II-IV 期鳞状细胞癌。
- 患者将接受放疗、化放疗或机器人手术治疗。
- 患者能够给予知情同意。
- 患者至少年满 18 岁。
- 患者的ECOG体能状态为</=2。
排除标准:
- 除浅表皮肤基底细胞癌或鳞状细胞癌外,患者既往患有头颈部鳞状细胞癌。
- 除了浅表皮肤基底细胞癌或鳞状细胞癌外,患者身体的另一部分患有活动性癌症。
- 如果是癌症幸存者,则无病间隔期少于 5 年,浅表皮肤基底细胞癌或鳞状细胞癌除外。
- 患者是未成年人。
- 病人怀孕了。
- 病人是囚犯。
- 患者无法理解同意过程。
- 患者之前接受过 HNSCC 的根治性手术、放疗或化放疗。
- 患者有 HIV 病史或其他已知的免疫抑制原因,或因器官移植、类风湿病或其他疾病正在积极服用免疫抑制药物。
