상세 설명
이것은 방사선, 화학방사선 요법 또는 로봇 수술로 치료를 받는 구강인두암 환자의 면역 반응에 대한 연구입니다.
많은 구강인두암은 인유두종 바이러스(HPV) 감염에 의해 발생하며 HPV 매개 종양 환자는 HPV 음성 종양 환자에 비해 예후와 치료 반응이 훨씬 좋습니다.
연구자들은 구인두암의 방사선 기반 요법이 내인성 HPV 특이 면역 반응의 활성화와 관련이 있다는 가설을 테스트할 것입니다.
이 연구에서 연구자들은 HPV에 대해 양성 및 음성 종양을 가진 환자와 정상적인 건강한 지원자에서 면역 반응을 모니터링하기 위해 치료 전, 치료 중 및 치료 후 여러 시점에서 혈액을 수집할 것입니다.

3개 주 지역에 거주하는 새로운 두경부암 환자.
설명
포함 기준:
- 환자는 구인두 또는 후두의 조직 검사로 입증된 편평 세포 암종 II-IV 기입니다.
- 환자는 방사선, 화학 방사선 또는 로봇 수술로 치료를 받아야 합니다.
- 환자는 정보에 입각한 동의를 할 수 있습니다.
- 환자는 18세 이상입니다.
- 환자의 ECOG 수행 상태는 </=2입니다.
제외 기준:
- 환자는 표면 피부 기저 세포 또는 편평 세포 암종을 제외하고 이전에 두경부 편평 세포 암종을 앓았습니다.
- 환자는 표재성 피부 기저 세포 또는 편평 세포 암종을 제외하고 신체의 다른 부분에 활동성 암이 있습니다.
- 암 생존자의 경우, 표재성 피부 기저 세포 또는 편평 세포 암종을 제외하고 무병 기간은 5년 미만입니다.
- 환자는 미성년자입니다.
- 환자는 임신 중입니다.
- 환자는 죄수입니다.
- 환자는 동의 절차를 이해할 수 없습니다.
- 환자는 이전에 HNSCC에 대해 최종 수술, 방사선 또는 화학방사선 치료를 받았습니다.
- 환자는 HIV 또는 기타 알려진 면역 억제 원인의 병력이 있거나 장기 이식, 류마티스 질환 또는 기타 의학적 상태로 인해 면역 억제 약물을 적극적으로 복용하고 있습니다.
