面部模仿运动的量化、分析和模拟 (SIMOVI-IRM)
SIMOVI 项目是我们颌面外科 (CHU Amiens) 与生物力学生物工程研究部门和 Roberval 实验室(贡比涅科技大学)之间的合作。 提出的问题是可以客观评估面部模仿的程度。 在当今的临床实践中,研究人员使用基于肌肉量表或测试的分级系统来评估面部肌肉疾病。 这种评估仍然是主观的,因为研究人员正在从表面皮肤变形中推断出所征肌肉的运动质量。
因此,这种定性方法是一种近似方法,值得更好地考虑以计划涉及模拟面部肌肉的手术治疗(例如面部麻痹,腭裂的康复),以监测结果,并跟踪恢复和进展理疗护理。
