详细说明
麻醉诱导时,给予帕洛诺司琼 0.075 mg IV、地塞米松 10 mg IV 和异丙嗪 25 mg IV 的三联疗法作为 PONV 预防。
手术后,根据临床指示将受试者转移到外科重症监护室 (SICU) 或麻醉后监护室。
昂丹司琼 4 mg IV 作为主要抢救药物给予有 PONV 症状的受试者。
通过直接访谈和/或病历审查,每 24 小时评估和收集一次 PONV,持续 5 天。

纳入标准:
- 18 至 85 岁的任何种族或性别的成年患者。 美国麻醉师协会 (ASA) 身体状况为 I 至 III,计划在俄亥俄州立大学医学中心接受需要在全身麻醉下打开颅骨和硬脑膜的神经外科手术,并且书面同意参与本研究.
- 术后住院预计至少持续 72 小时。
- 预计手术至少需要全身麻醉 1 小时的受试者
- 手术后 1 天内血清或尿液妊娠试验阴性或已手术绝育或绝经后的受试者。
排除标准:
- 受试者为囚犯、孕妇、精神病患者、18 岁以下或 85 岁以上、ASA 分类为 V 级、酗酒或吸毒者。
- 已知对任何 5-HT3 拮抗剂、麻醉方案中的任何药剂或根据本方案使用的其他药物过敏的受试者。
- 母乳喂养的受试者。
- 在麻醉前 24 小时内有过干呕/呕吐或中度至重度恶心或患有慢性恶心和/或呕吐的受试者
- 在治疗开始前的最后 24 小时内接受过任何药物或其他具有止吐功效的治疗的受试者。
