该研究将评估非药物运动干预(俯卧撑)与口服非甾体抗炎药(布洛芬)和盲法口服安慰剂相比在减少局部注射部位炎症迟发性疼痛、红斑和水肿等症状方面的疗效和免疫效果。接种流感疫苗后对血清抗体免疫反应的任何影响。
一个健康的军人队列将被随机分配,要么进行与其军队体能评分一致的俯卧撑,要么接受盲法口服药物,即非甾体抗炎药(布洛芬)或口服安慰剂。
该研究将需要进行三次访问以进行评估:在收到疫苗当天、48-72 小时后和 21 -28 天后。
评估访问将包括注射部位检查、注射部位照片、完成症状日记和经过验证的疼痛量表,以及第一次和第三次访问的实验室血液样本,以测量抗体水平的变化。
运动参与者还需要提供 1-2 份指尖血样来评估乳酸,这是无氧运动的副产品,用于衡量运动强度是否达到无氧代谢。

排除标准:

- 已接种当季流感疫苗。
- 在过去 72 小时内接种过任何类型的疫苗。
- 处于医疗档案中,导致当前档案免除上 2 或上 3 的体育训练。(上肢受伤或疾病)
- 有预先存在的受伤或感染症状或其他会干扰现场评估的局部症状。
- 怀孕。
- 对布洛芬有过敏史、不耐受史、胃出血史或其他医疗排除史。
- 有中风或冠状动脉疾病病史,例如不受控制的高血压或心跳异常。

一次俯卧撑的次数至少为参加者最后一次陆军体能测试 (APFT) 分数的 80%。
俯卧撑的次数将被记录下来。
