设计:介入、交叉、随机。
本研究的主要目标是比较增量负荷跑步机测试 (ILTT) 中达到的最大速度和恒定跑步机负荷测试 (CTLT) 中的最大耐受时间,同时使用两种不同的氧气输送装置(高流量鼻插管氧气和面具文丘里)。
患者将通过两种不同类型的测试进行评估:增量负荷跑步机测试 (ILTT) 和恒定跑步机负荷测试 (CTLT)。 每个测试将进行两次,一次使用 HFNCO,另一次使用 The VM。
总的来说,每位患者将在四次不同的访问中接受四次评估。 测试顺序将通过 STATA 随机化。
以下变量将在每次测试之前、期间和之后进行测量:
- 增量负载测试中达到的最大速度:Km/h
- 恒定负载测试中的最大容忍时间:以秒为单位
