- 社区住宅
- 年满 18 岁
- Hoehn 和 Yahr 分期≤3 的 PD 医生确诊

- 不符合当前 CDC 每周 150 分钟中度至剧烈身体活动的身体活动指南
- 目前并计划在接下来的 9 个月内拥有智能手机、平板电脑或计算机并访问互联网
- 愿意在为期 9 个月的计划期间通过基于网络的应用程序监控智能手机、平板电脑或计算机上的活动
- 目前以基本身份使用互联网
排除标准:
- 无法说和理解英语
- 根据医生的说法,患有心血管疾病或其他健康状况会使运动变得不安全
- 目前正在接受物理治疗或在研究登记前一个月接受物理治疗的患者
- 无法提供知情同意和自我报告感受和行为的认知障碍
- 蒙特利尔认知量表 (MOCA):评分低于 24,表明认知功能障碍
