- 经组织学证实的乳腺浸润性癌和/或导管原位癌 (DCIS)
- 最后病理Tis,T1-T3,都必须是N0和M0状态。
- 乳房肿瘤切除术的阴性染色组织学边缘,除了胸大肌筋膜处的阳性边缘焦点
- 放射肿瘤学家不打算治疗超出标准全乳腺切线野的区域淋巴结
- 手术评估淋巴结阴性的肿块切除术(允许在淋巴结中分离肿瘤细胞)。 根据第 5.1 节,患有浸润性癌 ≥ 70 岁且 ER+ 阳性肿瘤 ≤ 2.0cm 的患者无需手术淋巴结评估即可入组。 仅患有乳腺导管原位癌 (DCIS) 的患者无需手术淋巴结评估即可入组。
有生育能力的女性血清或尿液 β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素 (HCG) 阴性 =< 注册前 7 天
