全球肥胖患病率逐年上升,如何有效预防和治疗肥胖已成为重要的医疗保健问题。
已经提出了许多可调节和不可调节的肥胖原因,例如不平衡的饮食习惯、缺乏体力活动、心理因素和基因。
实践指南推荐以控制饮食和规律运动为核心的肥胖治疗的生活方式改变干预,但对不同种族人群的效果并不理想。
为了给未来的减肥干预提供更多的选择,找出更多的肥胖危险因素将是很重要的。
先前的研究表明,通过心率变异性评估的较低交感神经活动与肥胖有关;肥胖男性的呼吸交换率较高,这可能表明他们更可能使用碳水化合物作为能量来源,因此脂肪无法有效消耗并导致体内堆积。
此外,之前的研究表明,亚洲人对自己身体形象的满意度低于其他种族,女性比男性更不满意。
身体形象不佳会导致饮食习惯改变、荷尔蒙变化、抑郁等一系列影响,最终形成肥胖的恶性循环。
然而,上述研究中提到的亚裔大多是生活在美洲等海外地区的移民,不能完全代表亚洲的族群。
因此,本研究的目的是 (1) 调查影响成年女性肥胖的生理和心理因素,包括呼吸交换率、心率变异性和身体形象,以及 (2) 检查这些风险因素和不同程度的肥胖。

详细说明
方法:这是一项横断面设计研究。
受试者是从台北市招募的。
纳入标准为年龄在 20 至 50 岁之间且愿意参与本研究的女性。
受试者将被排除在外:(1)服用影响体重或激素的药物; (2)入组前3个月内体重波动超过2公斤; (3) 任何导致受试者无法完成试卷的情况,例如:认知问题; (四)被诊断患有精神疾病的; (5)怀孕或更年期。
测评内容包括:肥胖相关指标(身高、体重、腰围和臀围、体脂百分比)、呼吸交换率、心率变异性、身体意象(多向自我身体关系问卷(MBSRQ)、身材评分量表(FRS))、身体活动(七天身体活动回忆,7-d PAR)、饮食行为(三因素饮食问卷,修订后的 18 项,TFEQ-18)和抑郁症(Mongomery-Asberg 抑郁量表,马德斯)。
使用SPSS version 18 (SPSS Inc, Chicago: SPSS Inc.)进行统计分析,显着性水平设为0.05。
方差分析(ANOVA)将用于检查不同肥胖程度组之间所有测量变量的差异。
此外,我们将使用多元线性回归分析来检验超重和肥胖是否与呼吸交换率、心率变异性和身体意象显着相关。

把所有的 MET 加起来,除以 7,就可以得到平均每天的能量消耗。
