  1. 18 岁或以上的男性或女性患者
  2. 在执行任何项目特定评估之前，必须获得书面知情同意。
  3. 既往诊断为 NTM 感染并伴有局部或播散性感染（即 在任何感染部位具有任何 NTM 物种的患者）
  4. 既往治疗失败或不耐受的患者，或基线大环内酯类药物耐药的患者，或无法以其他方式设计合适的治疗方案的患者
  5. 男性患者（包括输精管切除术的患者）同意在服用氯法齐明治疗期间性交时使用避孕套，并在停止氯法齐明治疗后至少 4 个月
  6. 有生育能力的女性患者在氯法齐明治疗开始前妊娠试验阴性，并确认在氯法齐明治疗期间无怀孕意向，通过使用高效避孕方法（导致妊娠率低于 1% 的方法）同时服用氯法齐明治疗和停止氯法齐明治疗后至少 4 个月

排除标准：

  1. 对与氯法齐明类似化学类别的任何药物或代谢物过敏史
  2. 对患者构成安全风险的临床显着心电图异常的病史或当前诊断，例如临床显着心律失常（例如，持续性室性心动过速，无起搏器的二度或三度心脏传导阻滞）
  3. 尖端扭转型室性心动过速的病史或其他危险因素，例如心力衰竭、临床相关的低钾血症、家族性长 QT 综合征或已知的尖端扭转型室性心动过速家族史
  4. 筛选时确认证明静息 QTcF >500 毫秒
  5. 主治医师认为会导致参与此 MPP 不安全的任何情况（社会、精神或医学）
  6. 无法吞服胶囊
  7. 具有播散性 NTM 感染的 HIV 感染者
  8. 预期寿命少于 6 个月
