围手术期神经认知障碍(PND)是老年人常见的围手术期并发症,尤其是在整形手术中。
不同的麻醉方式有不同的PND发生率,但椎管内麻醉与神经阻滞联合全身麻醉哪个更好尚不清楚。
我们将应用包含不同认知领域的心理测量电池测试来估计不同麻醉方法手术后一周、一个月和一年的 PND 发生率。
研究表明,功能磁共振成像 (fMRI) 可以通过皮质和海马体中的自发神经元活动检测认知能力下降。
本研究利用多模式成像技术对MRI进行深入研究,并与认知功能进行相关性分析。
