作为次要目标,将评估吸气肌力量与步态速度和生活质量之间的相关性,以及步态速度和外周肌肉血流量。
来自 Vila Mariana Einstein Outpatient Clinic 和 Cora Residencial Senior 的 50 名年龄超过 65 岁的男女老年患者将被纳入评估最大吸气压力 (Pimáx)、最大呼气压力 (Pemáx)、肺活量测定法(FVC、PF、FEV1), 4.6 米步行测试、老年人生活质量(WHOQOL old)、迷你心理测试、体重指数(BMI)和静脉闭塞体积描记法的外周肌肉血流量。
