针对具有 ICI 继发耐药性的鳞状和非鳞状转移性 NSCLC 的 HLA-A2 阳性患者进行的多中心、随机 (2:1)、开放标签 3 期研究。
患者将被随机分为 2 个组（随机化 2:1）：实验组 A 采用 OSE2101 单药治疗，或对照组 B SoC 采用多西紫杉醇单药治疗。 分层因素包括组织学（鳞状细胞与非鳞状细胞）和 ECOG 表现状态（0 与 1）。
