参与者将:
- 3-6岁首次住院并接受静脉输液或抽血的儿童。
- 没有慢性疾病、发育迟缓或癫痫症。
- 没有言语、听觉或视觉障碍,并且在手术前 6 小时内未使用镇静剂。
干预措施:
参与者将被随机分配到三组之一:
视频观看组:
- 孩子们会选择自己喜欢的卡通视频。
- 他们将在静脉穿刺前和静脉穿刺期间在 iPad 上观看 1 分钟视频。
- 家长将协助稳定孩子并在手术过程中提供安慰。
纸风车吹气组:
- 孩子们将选择自己喜欢的纸风车。

学习规划
本研究将在台中荣民总医院第66病区进行。 在获得父母的知情同意和儿童的同意后,参与者将使用随机数字生成器被随机分配到三组之一。 进行静脉穿刺的护士将不知道小组分配情况。 数据将由不参与数据收集过程的研究人员收集。
统计分析
描述性统计包括频率、平均值和标准差。 将使用方差分析进行推论统计,以确定组间差异的显着性。
预期成果
