描述
纳入标准:
- 年满 18 岁的男性或女性。
- 组织学证实符合 5-FU 治疗条件的转移性结直肠癌。
- 既往未接受转移性疾病治疗。 如果给予辅助 5-FU 或 FOLFOX,最后一次给药必须是在诊断转移性疾病之前至少 6 个月。
- 器官功能充足。
- ECOG 状态小于或等于 2。
- 预期寿命 > 3 个月。
排除标准:
- 未经治疗的脑转移。 只要类固醇的症状已经消失,就允许接受治疗的脑转移。
- 距离之前的任何手术至少 4 周,或者距离放射治疗至少 2 周。
- 已知二氢嘧啶脱氢酶 (DPD) 缺乏症。

实验性的:单独使用 5-FU/亚叶酸 (LV)、奥沙利铂或伊立替康或两者联合化疗
将从接受单独 5-FU/LV、奥沙利铂 (mFOLFOX6) 或伊立替康 (FOLFIRI) 或两者 (mFOLFOXIRI) 化疗的患者采集血浆样本,用于测量血浆 5-FU 水平。
5-FU 剂量将根据检测结果进行修改。
