Inclusion Criteria:
- All consecutive patients presenting for emergency surgery due to acute abdomen pain
- Older than 18 years old
- Not pregnant
Exclusion Criteria:
- Age < 18
- Pregnancy
- Major coagulopathy
- Permanent pacemaker
