Inclusion Criteria:
- Evidence of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection
- Lobar pneumonia or pneumoniae with pleural effusion
Exclusion Criteria:
- Immunosuppresant host
- Chronic cardiovascular/pulmonary disease
- Hospital acquired infection
