Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- First renal colic episode
- Need of analgesia
- Oral tolerance
Exclusion Criteria:
- Hemodynamic instability
- Fever
- Anuria
- Abdominal trauma
- Chronic renal failure
- Active oncologic disease
- Kidney transplant or monorenal patient
