Inclusion Criteria:
- Male
- Aged 60 years and below
- Pre-screened for MTHFR 677TT genotype (TTs and CCs individuals only invited)
Exclusion Criteria:
- Consumer of B-vitamin supplements
- Consuming medication that interferes with B-vitamin metabolism
