Experimental: 8 week artifical intelligence based posture exercises
An artificial intelligence application called "Musclewiki" will be used for healthy adults to continue their exercise training at home.
For 8 weeks, exercise will be practiced 3 times a week in the company of a physiotherapist, accompanied by a physiotherapist through artificial intelligence.
