Inclusion Criteria:

  • age 40-70 average risk screening colonoscopy

Exclusion Criteria:

  • GI Bleeding ;
  • history of colorectal surgery ;
  • inflammatory bowel disease ;
  • colorectal cancer,or polyposis syndrome

Dual inspection by both an endoscopist and an experienced nurse during colonoscopy
