Popis

Účastníci dokončí pozitivní psychologickou aktivitu, dosáhnou cíle fyzické aktivity a použijí techniku snižování stresu, poté absolvují týdenní sezení textových zpráv.
V prvních šesti týdnech si účastníci zopakují aktivity, které prováděli minulý týden, budou seznámeni s novým materiálem, vyberou si aktivity, které budou daný týden vykonávat, a během textových zpráv si stanoví nový cíl fyzické aktivity.
V posledních 6 týdnech účastníci zhodnotí pokrok směrem k předchozím cílům, stanoví si nové cíle fyzické aktivity a vyberou si pozitivní psychologické dovednosti a dovednosti v oblasti snižování stresu, které budou v daném týdnu používat.
Nakonec účastníci v průběhu programu absolvují tři krátké hovory se studijním školitelem, aby prodiskutovali pokrok.
|
V MASTERY budou mít účastníci jednou týdně po dobu 12 týdnů interaktivní, obousměrné „sezení“ textových zpráv (5-10 minut obousměrné textové komunikace s automatickým programem textových zpráv).
Studijní školitelé dále uspořádají 4 krátké hovory s účastníky (1., 4., 7. a 12. týden), aby představili program, zhodnotili pokrok, odpověděli na otázky a poskytli podporu.
|
|
Aktivní komparátor: Pozorné ovládání
Účastníci obdrží stejnou složku fyzické aktivity uvedenou v MASTERY spolu s přidanými zprávami poskytujícími vzdělání a rady o fyzické aktivitě z naší minulé práce.

Proportion of Text Message Sessions Completed
Časové okno: Weekly over 12 weeks.
|
To assess the feasibility of the MASTERY intervention the automated platform will record rates of the proportion of text message sessions in which participants respond and set a physical activity goal.
The "proportion of text message sessions completed" will be calculated by dividing the number of sessions in which participants respond and set a physical activity goal by the total number of sessions initiated by the text message program.
|
Weekly over 12 weeks.

Mean Utility Ratings of Positive Psychology Text Messages
Časové okno: 6 weeks; 12 weeks
