Sammenligning af en hyperinflationstilstand og luftstabling på neuromuskulære patienter under volumetrisk ventilation (TWOTECH)
Formålet med undersøgelsen er at sammenligne effektiviteten og tolerancen af 2 hostehjælpsteknikker, der ikke kræver andet udstyr end den volumetriske ventilator. De to metoder er luftstabling og hyperinflation.
Undersøgelsen er en cross-over, monocentrisk og open label undersøgelse

Beskrivelse
Inklusionskriterier:
- alder>18 år, neuromuskulær sygdom,
- restriktivt syndrom og/eller hoste peak flow < 270,l/mn og/eller maksimalt ekspiratorisk tryk < 40 cm HO2,
- patient under ikke-invasiv ventilation
- steady state i mindst en måned
- skriftligt samtykkeerklæring
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- bronchial overbelastning
- hæmodynamisk ustabilitet
- tidligere pneumothorax eller emfysem bobler
- Større bulbar dysfunktion
- plan for retsbeskyttelse
- gravide eller ammende kvinder
- ingen tilknytning til en social sikringsordning
