Experimental: Polyunsaturated fatty acids diet
During 4 weeks, subjects eat a diet high in polyunsaturated fatty acids (percent of total caloric intake: 15.0% from proteins; 50.0%
from carbohydrates; 35.0% from fat: 6.0% from saturated fat; 14.4% from monounsaturated fat; 12.6% from n-6 polyunsaturated fat).
