Beschreibung
Einschlusskriterien:
- Bereit und in der Lage, eine schriftliche und datierte Einverständniserklärung abzugeben
- Männlich oder weiblich im Alter von ≥ 18 Jahren
- Bereit und in der Lage, die geplanten Besuche einzuhalten
- Leistungsstatus der Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) von 0, 1 oder 2
- Patienten, bei denen Ph+ CML-CP, Ph+ CML-AP, Ph+ CML-BP diagnostiziert wurde und die resistent und/oder intolerant gegenüber ≥ 3 früheren TKIs sind, von denen einer Ponatinib enthält (Teil C).
Ausschlusskriterien:
- Vorhandensein von T315I (TEIL C)
- Jede größere Operation, wie vom Prüfarzt festgelegt, innerhalb von 4 Wochen nach der IMP-Verabreichung
- Unfähigkeit, sich einer Venenpunktion zu unterziehen und/oder einen venösen Zugang zu tolerieren
- Positive Ausschlusstests: Urin-Schwangerschaftstests (falls zutreffend), HIV, Hepatitis-B-Oberflächenantigen oder Hepatitis-C-Virus
- Bekannte oder vermutete Vorgeschichte von erheblichem Drogenmissbrauch, wie vom Ermittler beurteilt
- Erhalt eines anderen Prüfmittels innerhalb von 30 Tagen oder einer Auswaschung von mindestens 5 Halbwertszeiten, je nachdem, was länger ist, der IMP-Verabreichung
- Patienten, die für eine potenziell kurative Therapie geeignet sind, die verfügbar ist, einschließlich hämatopoetischer Stammzelltransplantation
- Eine andere primäre Malignität innerhalb der letzten 3 Jahre oder früher (mit Ausnahme von angemessen behandeltem Nicht-Melanom-Hautkrebs oder Gebärmutterhalskrebs in situ
