Criterios de inclusión:

  • Dispuesto y capaz de dar su consentimiento informado por escrito y fechado
  • Hombre o mujer de ≥ 18 años
  • Dispuesto y capaz de cumplir con las visitas programadas
  • Estado funcional del Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) de 0, 1 o 2
  • Sujetos diagnosticados con Ph+ CML-CP, Ph+ CML-AP, Ph+ CML-BP, que son resistentes y/o intolerantes a ≥ 3 TKI previos, uno de los cuales incluye ponatinib (Parte C).

Criterio de exclusión:

  • Presencia de T315I (PARTE C)
