Beschreibung
Einschlusskriterien:
- erwachsene Patienten mit Osteoarthritis, die eine TKA benötigen
Ausschlusskriterien:
- entzündliche Arthritis
- posttraumatische Arthritis
- eine Vorgeschichte oder aktuelle venöse thromboembolische Erkrankung
- jede Grunderkrankung der Hämostase
- Zirrhose
- chronisches Nierenversagen
- Patienten, die Antikoagulanzien oder starke Thrombozytenaggregationshemmer (z. Warfarin, Clopidogrel)
- Allergie gegen TXA kennen
- fehlerhaftes Farbsehen
- präoperativer Hämoglobinwert < 10 g/dl
- Thrombozytenzahl < 140.000 /uL3

Experimental: Periartikuläre Gruppe
Die Patienten erhielten 750 mg periartikuläre Tranexamsäure (Transamin®; OLIC Thailand Ltd, Bangkok, Thailand; 250 mg/5 ml, 15 cc Gesamtvolumen) in das Weichgewebe um die mediale Kapsel (5 ml), die laterale Kapsel (5 ml) und um den Quadrizepsmuskel herum (5 ml), 10 Minuten vor dem Entlüften des Tourniquets und dem Wundverschluss.

Die Patienten erhielten 750 mg intravenöse Tranexamsäure (250 mg/5 ml, 15 cc Gesamtvolumen, innerhalb des therapeutischen Bereichs von 10–15 mg/kg/Dosis), 10 Minuten vor dem Ablassen der Luft aus dem Tourniquet und dem Wundverschluss.
