Bewertung des Alterns, der Aktivität des autonomen Nervensystems und kardiovaskulärer Ereignisse an einer prospektiven Kohorte von Probanden im Alter von 65 Jahren
Die regulatorischen Wirkungen des autonomen Nervensystems (ANS) betreffen fast alle Organe, die permanent Informationen an dieses globale biologische Wachsamkeitssystem zurücksenden, das die Allostase kontrolliert. Schwankungen der Herzfrequenz hängen stark von der ANS-Kontrolle ab, was das Herz zu einem der besten Indikatoren für die ANS-Aktivität macht.
Eine niedrige ANS-Aktivität ist mit schweren kardialen und zerebralen Ereignissen sowie mit dem Tod jeglicher Ursache in der Allgemeinbevölkerung verbunden.
Diese PROOF-Studie wurde daher entwickelt, um die ANS-Aktivitätsniveaus bei einer gesunden Rentnerpopulation zu bewerten, aber sollten diese Niveaus im Laufe der Zeit abnehmen, um dies als Prädiktor für kardiovaskuläre und zerebrovaskuläre Ereignisse zu verwenden, unter Berücksichtigung etablierter kardiovaskulärer Risikofaktoren.

- 65 Jahre alt
- Einverständniserklärung unterschrieben
Ausschlusskriterien:
- vorangegangener Myokardinfarkt
- vorheriger Schlaganfall
- Herdausfall
- Vorhofflimmern
- insulinbehandelter Diabetes mellitus
- Herzschrittmacher
- Krankheit, die die Lebenserwartung auf < 5 Jahre begrenzt
- Kontraindikation für MRT des Gehirns
- in einer Einrichtung leben
