Dry-Needling-Effektivität bei Patienten mit Bruch des vorderen Kreuzbandes. Einfach verblindete, randomisierte klinische Studie.

Detaillierte Beschreibung
Es führt eine letzte 15-tägige ECA-chirurgische Rekonstruktion des vorderen Kreuzbandes durch. Zwanzig Personen in einer Gruppe, die einer Technik der Physiotherapie, dem Trockennadeln, unterzogen werden sollten, wurden eingeschlossen. (Gruppe A). Eine andere Gruppe von zwanzig konservativ behandelten Patienten führte Stabilitätsübungen und Propriozeption durch (Gruppe B). 46 Patienten werden untersucht s. Keiner war zuvor aufgrund von Gelenkinstabilität operiert worden, und alle Probanden wurden zuvor einer diagnostischen Studie durch Kernspinresonanz vor der Operation unterzogen, und die Diagnose wurde durch zusätzliche diagnostische Tests bestätigt. Alle Patienten werden von einem Physiotherapeuten untersucht und der myofasziale Triggerpunkt (PGM) des Vastus-Muskels wird bewertet.
Patienten, die die folgenden Variablen verwenden, werden bewertet:
- Schmerz: Visuelle Analogskala (VAS) wurde verwendet.
- Steifheit und körperliche Funktion unter Verwendung der WOMAC-Skala (The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index.).
- Bewegungsbereich des Kniegelenks: Skala ROM.
- Muskelkraft, Gleichgewicht und Propiocepción: Star Excursion by Balance Scale Test.

Beschreibung
Einschlusskriterien:
- über achtzehn und anatomisch ausgereifte LCA chirurgisch brechen und über MRT und Funktionstests bewertet werden, um den Riss des Bandes zu bestätigen.
Ausschlusskriterien:
- Patienten, die das 18. Lebensjahr noch nicht vollendet haben und über 55 Jahre alt sind,
- postoperative Komplikationen
- myofasziale oder neuropathische Schmerzen in den unteren Gliedmaßen verursachen, wie lumbasakrale Radikulopathie, Neuropraxie, Neurotmesis, Axonotmesis oder Meralgia paresthetica;
- Fibromyalgie.
- Hypothyreose
- Eisenmangel und Patienten, die Angst vor Nadeln hatten (Angst vor Nadeln).
- Unterschiede der unteren Extremitäten.

Aktiver Komparator: trockene Nadelung
Dry Needling am Vastus wird bei Patienten, die sich einer ACL unterziehen, vierzehn Tage nach dem Eingriff durchgeführt und dann ausgewertet.
REL-Trockennadelung, solange der Vorrat für zwanzig Einstiche vor der Behandlung reicht, um Mitternacht, eine Woche und fünf Wochen.
