Eficacia de la punción seca en pacientes con rotura del ligamento cruzado anterior. Ensayo clínico aleatorizado simple ciego.

Descripción detallada
Realiza una reconstrucción quirúrgica ECA de los últimos quince días del ligamento cruzado anterior. Se incluyeron veinte individuos de un grupo para ser sometidos a una técnica de fisioterapia, punción seca. (Grupo A). Otro grupo de veinte pacientes tratados con tratamiento conservador realizó ejercicios de estabilidad y propiocepción (Grupo B). Cuarenta y seis pacientes serán examinados s. Ninguno había sido operado previamente por inestabilidad articular y todos los sujetos fueron sometidos previamente a un estudio diagnóstico por resonancia magnética nuclear antes de la cirugía y el diagnóstico se confirmó mediante pruebas diagnósticas adicionales. Todos los pacientes serán evaluados por un fisioterapeuta y se evaluará el punto gatillo miofascial (PGM) del músculo vasto.
Se evalúan los pacientes utilizando las siguientes variables:
- Dolor: Se utilizó la Escala Visual Analógica (EVA).
- Rigidez y función física utilizando la escala WOMAC (The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index.).
- Rango de movimiento de la articulación de la rodilla: Escala ROM.
- Fuerza muscular, equilibrio y propiocepción: Star Excursion by Balance Scale Test.

Descripción
Criterios de inclusión:
- mayores de dieciocho años y anatómicamente maduros se rompen quirúrgicamente el LCA y se valora lo anterior mediante resonancia magnética y pruebas funcionales para confirmar la rotura del ligamento.
Criterio de exclusión:
- Pacientes que no hayan cumplido los 18 años y los mayores de 55,
- complicaciones postoperatorias
- causar dolor miofascial o neuropático en el miembro inferior, como radiculopatía lumba-sacra, neuropraxia, neurotmesis, axonotmesis o meralgia parestésica;
- fibromialgia
- hipotiroidismo
- deficiencias de hierro y pacientes que tenían miedo a las agujas (miedo a las agujas).
- Diferencias de miembros inferiores.

La punción seca en el vasto se realiza en pacientes sometidos a LCA quince días después de la intervención y luego se evalúa.
Punción seca REL hasta agotar existencias veinte inserciones antes del tratamiento, a medianoche, una semana y cinco semanas.

Ejercicios de propiocepción y estabilidad en pacientes sometidos a LCA quince días después de la intervención y luego se realizan evaluaciones antes del tratamiento, a la medianoche, a la semana ya las cinco semanas.
