Efficacia del Dry Needling nei pazienti con rottura del legamento crociato anteriore. Sperimentazione clinica randomizzata in singolo cieco.

Descrizione dettagliata
Esegue una ricostruzione chirurgica ECA degli ultimi quindici giorni del legamento crociato anteriore. Sono stati inclusi venti individui in un gruppo da sottoporre a una tecnica di fisioterapia, dry needling. (Gruppo A). Un altro gruppo di venti pazienti trattati con trattamento conservativo ha eseguito esercizi di stabilità e propriocezione (Gruppo B). Quarantasei pazienti saranno esaminati s. Nessuno era stato precedentemente operato per instabilità articolare e tutti i soggetti sono stati precedentemente sottoposti ad indagine diagnostica mediante risonanza magnetica nucleare prima dell'intervento chirurgico e la diagnosi è stata confermata da ulteriori accertamenti diagnostici. Tutti i pazienti saranno valutati da un fisioterapista e verrà valutato il punto trigger miofasciale (PGM) del muscolo vasto.
vengono valutati i pazienti che utilizzano le seguenti variabili:
- Dolore: è stata utilizzata la scala analogica visiva (VAS).
- Rigidità e funzione fisica utilizzando la scala WOMAC (The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index.).
- Gamma di movimento dell'articolazione del ginocchio: Scala ROM.
- Forza muscolare, equilibrio e propiocepción: Star Excursion by Balance Scale Test.

Descrizione
Criterio di inclusione:
- ultra diciottenni e anatomicamente maturi rompono chirurgicamente LCA e valutati sopra mediante risonanza magnetica e test funzionali per confermare la rottura del legamento.
Criteri di esclusione:
- Pazienti che non hanno raggiunto i 18 anni di età e quelli con più di 55 anni,
- complicanze postoperatorie
- causare dolore miofasciale o neuropatico all'arto inferiore, come radicolopatia lombo-sacrale, neuroprassia, neurotmesi, assonotmesi o meralgia parestetica;
- fibromialgia.
- ipotiroidismo
- carenze di ferro e pazienti che avevano paura degli aghi (paura degli aghi).
- Differenze degli arti inferiori.

Il dry needling sul vasto viene eseguito nei pazienti sottoposti a ACL due settimane dopo l'intervento e quindi valutato.
REL dry needling mentre le scorte durano venti inserzioni prima del trattamento, a mezzanotte, una settimana e cinque settimane.
