Szczegółowy opis
Wykonuje ostatnie piętnaście dni rekonstrukcję chirurgiczną ECA więzadła krzyżowego przedniego. Do grupy, która miała być poddana technice fizjoterapii suchym igłowaniem, włączono 20 osób. (Grupa A). Kolejna grupa dwudziestu pacjentów leczonych zachowawczo wykonywała ćwiczenia stabilizacji i propriocepcji (grupa B). Czterdziestu sześciu pacjentów zostanie przebadanych s. Żaden nie był wcześniej operowany z powodu niestabilności stawu, a wszyscy pacjenci zostali wcześniej poddani badaniu diagnostycznemu za pomocą jądrowego rezonansu magnetycznego przed operacją, a diagnoza została potwierdzona dodatkowymi badaniami diagnostycznymi. Wszyscy pacjenci zostaną ocenieni przez fizjoterapeutę i ocenione zostanie Myofascial Trigger Point (PGM) mięśnia obszernego.
pacjenci są oceniani przy użyciu następujących zmiennych:
- Ból: Zastosowano wizualną skalę analogową (VAS).
- Sztywność i sprawność fizyczna przy użyciu skali WOMAC (The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index.).
- Zakres ruchu stawu kolanowego: Skala ROM.
- Siła mięśniowa, równowaga i propiocepcja: Star Excursion by Balance Scale Test.
