Criterios de inclusión:

  • Linfomas no Hodgkin de células B (LNH) según la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) 2022 con enfermedad recidivante o refractaria y sin otras terapias aprobadas disponibles que serían más apropiadas según el criterio del investigador. • Los participantes deben haber recibido al menos 2 líneas de tratamiento previas, incluyendo un esquema de quimioterapia combinada que contenga un anticuerpo monoclonal αCD20. • Se permitirá inscribir a los participantes que hayan recibido al menos una línea de tratamiento previa pero que no sean elegibles o no tengan acceso a terapias de segunda línea estándar, como CAR-T.
  • Mientras esté en tratamiento del estudio y durante 3 meses después de la última dosis del tratamiento del estudio, un participante debe: no amamantar ni quedar embarazada; no donar gametos (es decir, óvulos o espermatozoides) ni congelarlos para uso futuro con fines de reproducción asistida; y usar un condón externo.
  • Tener un estado funcional del Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) de 0 a 1.

Participants in Part 2 (Dose expansion) will receive JNJ-95566692 and Pola-R-CHP with or without JNJ-87801493 at the putative RP2D(s) determined in Part 1.
