Sisällyttämiskriteerit:

  1. Mies vai nainen
  2. 2–11-vuotiaat mukaan lukien, ruumiinpaino ≥ 10. prosenttipiste iän perusteella
  3. Diagnoosi kliinisesti vahvistettu C1-INH HAE
  4. ≥ 2 HAE-kohtausta 6 kuukauden aikana ennen seulontaa

Poissulkemiskriteerit:

  1. Samanaikainen diagnoosi muusta angioedeeman muodosta, kuten idiopaattinen tai hankittu angioödeema, urtikariaan liittyvä toistuva angioödeema tai tyypin III HAE
  2. Kaikki ennalta suunnitellut suuret leikkaukset tai toimenpiteet kliinisen tutkimuksen aikana
  3. C1-INH-tuotteiden, androgeenien, antifibrinolyyttien, hyväksyttyjen tai tulevaisuudessa hyväksyttyjen lääkkeiden tai muiden pienimolekyylisten lääkkeiden käyttö HAE-hyökkäysten rutiininomaiseen profylaksiaan

IPD-suunnitelman kuvaus
