Aikaikkuna: 0–12 tuntia annoksen jälkeen
Farmakokinetiikka (PK) -verinäytteet kerätään 60 minuuttia ennen annosta aina 12 tunnin kuluessa annoksen antamisesta. Seerumi eristetään insuliini aspartin pitoisuuksien analysoimiseksi. AUCIA(0-12h) lasketaan pitoisuuskäyristä. Vain AUC 0–12 tunnin ajalta (AUCIA(0-12h)) raportoidaan.
