Effets de Lactobacillus Plantarum PS128 chez les enfants atteints de troubles du spectre autistique
Le trouble du spectre autistique (TSA) est un trouble neurodéveloppemental qui peut entraîner d'importants déficits sociaux, de communication et comportementaux.
Les probiotiques sont considérés comme des micro-organismes actifs.
Avec des quantités suffisantes, les probiotiques peuvent réguler la flore intestinale, la perméabilité intestinale, l'inflammation et les réactions antioxydantes dans le corps.
Ces réactions peuvent favoriser davantage la santé, réguler la progression de la maladie métabolique et prévenir les complications.
Lactobacillus plantarum PS128 (PS128) a été signalé comme étant un psychobiotique dans plusieurs études animales et humaines qui modulaient les niveaux de neurotransmetteurs dans différentes zones du cerveau.
Cette étude vise à évaluer si la consommation de PS128 peut améliorer les symptômes des patients atteints de TSA.
L'essai randomisé et contrôlé par placebo actuel a été mené pour étudier les effets psychophysiologiques du PS128 chez les écoliers atteints de TSA.

Critère d'intégration:
- (1) De 7 à 12 ans.
- (2) Groupe PS128 et groupe placebo : enfants atteints de troubles du spectre autistique, confirmés par le programme d'observation diagnostique de l'autisme.
- (3) Groupe témoin normal : enfants sans trouble du spectre autistique.
Critère d'exclusion:
- (1) Recevoir des antibiotiques dans un délai d'un mois.
- (2) Probiotiques utilisés en poudre, gélule ou comprimé en deux semaines (à l'exception du Yaourt, Yaourt, Yakult et autres aliments apparentés).
- (3) Patients atteints de tractus gastro-intestinal hépatobiliaire ayant subi une intervention chirurgicale (sauf pour la chirurgie de la hernie et l'appendicectomie)
- (4) Ceux qui suivent des régimes spéciaux (régime sans gluten, sans caséine, riche en protéines et cétogène).
- (5) Ceux qui ont des antécédents de cancer.
- (6) Ceux qui sont allergiques aux bactéries lactiques.

Les sujets prendront des gélules PS128 chaque jour (2 gélules/jour, une fois) pendant 12 semaines.
|
Chaque capsule PS128 contenait > 3 × 10 ^ 10 unités formant colonies (UFC) avec de la cellulose microcristalline et pesait 425 ± 25 mg.
|

Comparateur placebo: Placebo
Les sujets prendront des gélules placebo chaque jour (2 gélules/jour, une fois) pendant 12 semaines.
