Wpływ Lactobacillus Plantarum PS128 na dzieci z zaburzeniami ze spektrum autyzmu
Zaburzenie ze spektrum autyzmu (ASD) jest zaburzeniem neurorozwojowym, które może powodować znaczne deficyty społeczne, komunikacyjne i behawioralne.
Probiotyki są uważane za aktywne mikroorganizmy.

Kryteria przyjęcia:
- (1) Wiek od 7 do 12 lat.
- (2) Grupa PS128 i grupa placebo: Dzieci z zaburzeniami ze spektrum autyzmu, potwierdzone Harmonogramem Obserwacji Diagnostyki Autyzmu.
- (3) Normalna grupa kontrolna: Dzieci bez zaburzeń ze spektrum autyzmu.
Kryteria wyłączenia:
- (1) Przyjmowanie antybiotyków w ciągu jednego miesiąca.
- (2) Probiotyki stosowane w proszku, kapsułkach lub tabletkach w ciągu dwóch tygodni (z wyjątkiem jogurtu, jogurtu, jakultu i innych pokrewnych produktów spożywczych).
- (3) Pacjenci z wątrobowo-żółciowym przewodem pokarmowym, którzy przeszli operację (z wyjątkiem operacji przepukliny i appendektomii)
- (4) Osoby ze specjalnymi dietami (bezglutenowe, bezkazeinowe, wysokobiałkowe i ketogeniczne).
