Auswirkungen von Lactobacillus Plantarum PS128 bei Kindern mit Autismus-Spektrum-Störung
Autismus-Spektrum-Störung (ASS) ist eine neurologische Entwicklungsstörung, die erhebliche soziale, Kommunikations- und Verhaltensdefizite verursachen kann.
Probiotika gelten als aktive Mikroorganismen.
In ausreichender Menge können Probiotika die Darmflora, Darmdurchlässigkeit, Entzündungen und antioxidative Reaktionen im Körper regulieren.
Diese Reaktionen können die Gesundheit weiter fördern, das Fortschreiten von Stoffwechselerkrankungen regulieren und Komplikationen verhindern.
In mehreren Tier- und Humanstudien wurde berichtet, dass Lactobacillus plantarum PS128 (PS128) ein Psychobiotikum ist, das die Spiegel von Neurotransmittern in verschiedenen Gehirnbereichen modulierte.
Diese Studie soll bewerten, ob die Einnahme von PS128 die Symptome von Patienten mit ASD verbessern kann.
Die aktuelle randomisierte, placebokontrollierte Studie wurde durchgeführt, um die psychophysiologischen Wirkungen von PS128 bei Schulkindern mit ASD zu untersuchen.

Beschreibung
Einschlusskriterien:
- (1) Alter 7 bis 12 Jahre alt.
- (2) PS128-Gruppe und Placebo-Gruppe: Kinder mit Autismus-Spektrum-Störung, bestätigt durch Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule.
- (3) Normale Kontrollgruppe: Kinder ohne Autismus-Spektrum-Störung.
Ausschlusskriterien:
- (1) Erhalt von Antibiotika innerhalb eines Monats.
- (2) Probiotika, die in zwei Wochen in Pulver, Kapsel oder Tablette verwendet werden (außer Joghurt, Joghurt, Yakult und anderen verwandten Lebensmitteln).
- (3) Patienten mit hepatobiliärem Gastrointestinaltrakt, die sich einer Operation unterzogen haben (außer Hernienoperation und Appendektomie)
- (4) Personen mit speziellen Diäten (glutenfreie, kaseinfreie, proteinreiche und ketogene Diät).
- (5) Diejenigen mit einer Vorgeschichte von Krebs.
- (6) Diejenigen, die gegen Milchsäurebakterien allergisch sind.
- (7) Nicht teilnahmeberechtigt, beurteilt von PI

Experimental: PS128
Die Probanden nehmen 12 Wochen lang täglich PS128-Kapseln ein (2 Kapseln/Tag, einmal).

Jede PS128-Kapsel enthielt >3 × 10^10 koloniebildende Einheiten (KBE) mit mikrokristalliner Zellulose und wiegt 425 ± 25 mg.

Die Probanden nehmen 12 Wochen lang täglich Placebo-Kapseln (2 Kapseln/Tag, einmal) ein.
