- (1) 7歳から12歳まで。
- (2) PS128群およびプラセボ群:自閉症診断観察スケジュールにより確認された自閉症スペクトラム障害児。
- (3)正常対照群:自閉症スペクトラム障害のない子供。
除外基準:
- (1) 抗生物質を1ヶ月以内に服用している。
- (2) 粉末、カプセル、または錠剤で 2 週間使用されるプロバイオティクス (ヨーグルト、ヨーグルト、ヤクルトおよびその他の関連食品を除く)。
- (3) 肝胆道消化管の手術(ヘルニア手術、虫垂切除術を除く)を受けた患者
- (4)特別食(グルテンフリー、カゼインフリー、高タンパク、ケトジェニックダイエット)をされている方。
- (5) がんの既往歴のある者。
- (6)乳酸菌アレルギーのある方。
- (7) PIが判断した不適格
